We happily accept returns for UK ONYX products bought from, issuing a full refund when items are received within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns require pre-approval from customer service. If you encounter any discrepancies with your order, kindly contact Customer Service within 48 hours.

Return Policy 

Our return policy spans 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is essential to complete the return. 

Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts unrelated to our error. Returns beyond 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified time frame.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted. The delivery time for exchanged products may vary based on your location. For items over £25, it's advisable to use a trackable shipping service or obtain shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
